My Story

At Margo Candelario Art, I started my artistic journey as a young widow looking to support my limited income. Every piece I created had to be perfect for the sale, and I poured my heart and soul into each creation. Today, my art is not just a job, but a passion and a way to pursue my dreams. My artwork reflects the journey of learning to appreciate myself as an individual and supports me in my womanhood. I use various mediums, such as canvas, paper, linen, and wool, to create unique and beautiful design pieces for the home, office, or serious collector. Now that my children are grown, I no longer have to view my work as a job but pursue it as a lucrative career with benefits. My art allows me to travel, teach, and be a free-flowing creative—something I probably would have squandered in my youth.
