Gentrification I II III

Did you know that of the top 20 most gentrified zip codes 5 are located on the East Coast and 3 of them are connected to my core! My parents and grandparents are from Manhattan. I spent countless hours traveling on the iron horse from the Bronx to Brooklyn for a boy and best friends. Thirdly my aunt and cousins live in North Philadelphia where I spent my summers waiting for the crab man and eating cheesesteaks wit or wit out! My emotions are mixed about this phenomenon because if I could, I would have affordable housing for those who live and breath inside the community, ridding the need for outside developers to disrupt the peace.
